  I was disappointed with my experience today. I'm a frequent customer and have patronized this Pizza Hut location many times, which made this experience even more disappointing. I was assisted by the African-American cashier who usually wears pink hair. I ordered a personal pan pizza and a drink for pickup. After accepting my payment, she told me, "You're all set." I waited, expecting her to hand me my pizza and drink. She then asked if I wanted a receipt. After I declined, she again said, "You're all set," but still did not hand me my order. Instead, she left my pizza and drink sitting on the counter for me to pick up myself. It seemed that because I did not leave a tip, I was treated differently. I believe tips should be given in appreciation of good service, not expected before any service has been provided. As a customer, I don't feel obligated to tip for a simple pickup order, and I certainly don't expect to be treated differently because I chose not to. Whether or not a customer leaves a tip, everyone deserves to be treated with courtesy and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling unwelcome. After the service I received today, I will not be returning. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers are treated with the same level of respect regardless of whether they choose to leave a tip.

  I ordered through UberEats because I didn’t know we had any surviving Pizza Huts left in the HV. I’m so glad I did! It was delivered late night and brought across the river to me, yet the pizza was still super fresh and delicious. I want to come back here and dine in! I ordered two personal pizzas, the Hawaiian was my favorite lol. Thank you guys 🫶

  What can I say? It's Pizza Hut, a treat from when I was a kid, it will always be just Pizza Hut and it will always just get 5 stars for that
