    Every time I come to this location whatever I order is made really badly. I’m not sure if management is just not training the staff correctly or what it is but this is the only dunkin Ive ever had give me consistently bad drinks. I hope management sees this because you guys need to train your employees better. They are nice most of the time but they cannot make drinks.

    Let me start by saying the lady helping me at the window was very pleasant. Ingrid the store manager was not she was yelling and first explained that it was because I was confusing her staff. I asked for a mango pineapple refresher as I always do but I go to the more professional Dunkin’s where they would explain or ask do I want it with green tea or not. I asked at the window if it had green tea and she said no and then tried to remake it. I then realized that the vanilla frosted donut I ordered was blue and my nephew won’t eat that. I didn’t say I wanted a blue USA donut. Ingrid then tried to tell me that they don’t make vanilla frosted without the blue dye which is highly inaccurate ive always gotten vanilla frosted and chocolate frosted from Dunkin’. I then looked and my breakfast sandwich had egg after I clearly said no egg Im allergic. She then said she charged the person after me for my order because I didn’t pay. I handed her my card and she did not tap and the proceeded to charge the next customer. If I didn’t want to pay why would I come back cook in and also offer to give back all the items. It was their mistake and a true leader would own that. It is not my fault but the store manager Ingrid certainly attempted to blame me for these mistakes. She was rude and unprofessional and took no accountability for the mistakes I then said I do not want the items anymore and she yelled just throw them out. Not only should the supervisor be more educated on de-escalation but she also should look into taking a public communications or at least build her social emotional skills because it certainly did not look professional to have a manager yelling at a calm relaxed person who just wanted to correct an order that should have never been wrong in the first place.

    Regional manager is failing this location. Lines are always long, orders severely backed up since first week opening. Everyone who lives in this area saw this location go up and we started coming here since it opened. Regional manager needs to forecast more hours for this location and have more employees working to pump out more orders faster. Kudos to the employees here; they are just grinding away at these orders and getting them done. You don’t hear them being negative or complaining or getting frustrated. I praise their mental resiliency and applaud their relentless grind. I feel bad. I wish i could help in some way. I order from Dunkin several times a week and depend on the mobile ordering. This location needs help asap or the employees are going to quit and this location is going to fail. At some point the stress of so many backed up cars and orders gets to everyone. To the employees: i see yall, i see the struggle, and im Sorry your senior level management is failing you.

    Always get the iced matcha latte with skim and here it tastes like just milk and twice i got it with bad milk or that foam. Wasted money.

    Their was this older caucasian lady that was working with an Hispanic kid with a long black bonet , he was really cool but the lady was very disrespectful and unprofessional and also extremely disrespectful and extremely rude I never had an worse experience than this one I would never ever recommend coming over here before a 12 hour shift liek me and it’s to early for somone to be so upset Look
