  I just had perhaps the worst cheesesteak I have ever had. It was by far the most expensive! $24 for a cheesesteak, large fries, and diet coke? At a fast food drive through? Are you kidding me? And the cheese overpowered the taste of everything, and not in a pleasant way. Also, the fries were luke warm. Obviously not right out of the fryer.

  My husband and I visited this Arby’s on our way back to North Carolina. We really enjoyed the scenery coming into the place. It is beautiful in this part of New York. Pilot is a great truckstop with friendly staff. Amazing choices in the store and everything is nice and neat. We decided we wanted to eat at the Arby’s When we walked in, we were acknowledged right away by the friendly staff. I ordered the chicken bacon Swiss sandwich. It was cooked to perfection. Everything was fresh and delicious. My husband ordered the beef and cheddar double beef. It was fresh and delicious as well. We also ordered a medium orange cream shake. Mixed to perfection absolutely delicious. The staff were amazing and even noticed that the napkin dispenser was empty and not only did they refill it but they brought over napkins right to our table. We highly recommend this Arby’s. The people are friendly and The food is great!!!!

  While in the drive through with my elder Mom, who's hard of hearing, the woman on the drive through windows asked me to repeat myself. (My mom was telling me what she wanted)She asked "May I help you?" I asked for a minute to get the order together and she replied I can't hear you, "I said, It was my mother talking from the passenger side, I didn't say anything " She snapped back "You can't order from the passenger side of the car" I tried to explain to her that it was my Mom talking to me , That we weren't talking to her. Another woman came to the mic and said (aggressively) "MA'AM. YOU DON'T NEED TO BE SO RUDE." I backed out of the drive thru. I will not give my hard earned money to someone who speaks to me that way.
