  Service is lovely. Amazing team as you go through the different stations. Show your NY id for a 10% discount. I have mixed feelings about the food. I had the beef shawarma bowl with extra chicken souvlaki. The beef shawarma looked like ground beef. It was chopped up way too fine and grainy, not proper shawarma slices and no bite to it. I was at least looking forward to the taste, but it was incredibly salty. I like my fair share of salty meals, but the amount of salt in this must have been an accident. Easily triple the sodium of what I have had in other ZaZu locations. The staff is sweet though. I’m sure they would have exchanged if I would have tasted it in the food hall, but I only opened it back at the office. So I was stuck with all this super salty beef. Thank goodness I added the chicken souvlaki, which was absolutely perfect and consistent with other locations. I’ll get over the money wasted on the beef. Don’t be shy to politely ask for extra anything as they fill your bowls. They happily oblige without hesitation. Also you’re not limited to the toppings listed in the menu description when you’re there in-person.

  Excellent Food and High Quality! My favorite Mediterranean spot to go to. Convenient location in Midtown nearby many subway lines. Super Friendly Staff! Highly Recommend trying the Falafel you will love it!!
