  I worked an entire days shift which was pretty long and decided to go out of my way to commute to get wings - once I went in after taking several trains- I stood in line and then I observed the kitchen and food prep area employees - NO ONE HANDLING THE FOOD HAD ON “G L O V E S”!!!!!!! NOT ONE PERSON HAD ON GLOVES NOT THE COOKS NOT THE HANDLERS - NO ONE- and they had a store FULL of customers!! What if someone didn’t wash their hands or didn’t do so properly? What if someone had some sort of cut or small abrasion on their hands? SMH I believe that is a guideline for HEALTH AND SAFETY-I don’t know I could be WRONG! I left out of the store and told my kid that unfortunately we couldn’t eat there - I went to cvs to run errands after and guess what?? ALL OF CVS EMPLOYEES HAD ON “YOU’LL NEVER GUESS… GLOVES!!!! AND THEY DONT WORK IN FOOD!!!! Now what is wrong with this scene?? CAN ANYONE IDENTIFY WHY THIS A CONCERN AND A MAJOR PROBLEM? Why is the staff so comfortable to not wear the gloves? Did they run out?? Is there no petty cash so an employee can run and buy more?? How do you run a food operation with NO GLOVESSSSSSSSSS??? NO GLOVESSSSSSSSS!!!!! 😡 NOOOOOOOOOOO GLOVESSSSSSSSS!!!!! 😱🤢☠️

  My entire order was wrong. Ordered 10 pc Wing Combo with hickory smoked BBQ wings. Got Lemon pepper. Ordered a Sprite to drink, got a Pibb or Dr. Pepper, whichever they have. Fries were unseasoned and cold. Will not order from this location again.

  Nice staff, but the wait for your order is ridiculously long considering it’s supposed to be “fast food“.

  I had the pleasure of taking my mom here for the first time. It was delicious! I was served by Mari. Her service was amazing and she was very professional. She was so sweet and very accommodating. Thank you again ! I can tell she is going to go far :)

  Very disappointed with my experience at Wingstop in New York tonight. As a Canadian who regularly visits Wingstop when I’m in the U.S., this was honestly one of my worst experiences ever. My wife ordered chicken strips, but they came with the wrong sauce. I politely went to the counter to ask about it, only to have the employee argue with me and insist that it was the correct sauce. I explained that I’ve had the same sauce at Wingstop in Washington before and that it was noticeably different. While I was speaking with her, I then heard an employee in the back wearing a white and green hat say, “Go back to Washington then.” For the record, I’m not even from Washington — I’m Canadian. The comment was completely unnecessary and incredibly rude, especially when I was simply trying to politely address an issue with my order. I’ve always enjoyed Wingstop and have been a regular customer when visiting the U.S., which is why this experience was especially disappointing. I expected much better customer service than this.
