  The chicken tasted bad. Ordered lemon pepper and it didn’t even taste like lemon pepper. I couldn’t even finish it. Not even 30 minutes later and my stomach started feeling funny. I also got French fries here a couple weeks ago and the fries were also very bland with a stale taste. I thought I might have caught them on a bad day but after reading a couple reviews, I see that’s not the case. Highly doubt I’d return to this location and I wish I could have my money back.

  Went in 10/06/26 around 12:30am To place an order for some reason the app never works for me, and I’m not going to spend +20 on Uber Eats when I Can go in person, the guy informs me that the registers are closed even though they don’t close till 3AM and to place it online while I was going to explain to him that my app doesn’t work he walks away, they kept walking away mid conversation, which is very rude. They kept changing their response saying the registers are broken then saying the system is offline to then saying the person who works registers left, which one is it I don’t know the guy in the picture kept dismissing me basically saying do it online (even though it doesn’t work) and if not they can’t help me not giving me any other option, I did my best to do it on the website on the app and still wouldn’t work for me, all I wanted was 3 tenders and fries if I do it from a other party like Uber Eats ect. it still charges me a fee for pickup even though it’s a few dollars it’s a few dollars I didn’t have to spend if I came in person. They didn’t bother at all and sent the only Hispanic guy to talk to me and when i asked for him back because im assuming he is the manager the guy told me he didn’t want to talk what kind of customer service is that? This is not the first time I came here they are always like this walking to the back to not talk to people or just over all dismissive.

  During my most recent visit, I purchased a meal and a fountain drink. While I was drinking my soda, I discovered what appeared to be a roach attached to the inside of the cup. This was extremely disturbing and completely unacceptable. I had already consumed some of the drink before noticing it, which caused me significant concern about my health and the sanitation practices at the restaurant. I immediately returned to the restaurant and showed the employee and manager what I found. I still have the original receipt and the cup as evidence. The store provided me with a $20 payment, but that does not change the fact that I found a roach inside my drink after I had already started drinking it. I am requesting that this matter be taken seriously and thoroughly investigated. I would also appreciate information on what steps are being taken to address this issue and how Wingstop intends to resolve my complaint.
