  Poor service. Tap water had a fly in it. No courtesy in explaining the menu or helping out. Not even any apologies when we told them that there was a fly in the water.

  Ahziah was our server she took care of us incredible service yummy food. We got the lychee martinis and the vegetable and chicken curry plus the Poké bowl. It was so good. Highly recommend if you’re coming to New York!

  Great service. Food is delicious. Back in the time I made a wrong address order and didn’t know how to make a refund because there is no way to find any support contacts on the website but when I came to the right Wagamama I explained everything and manager Maya 🔥❤️(sorry if it’s wrong spelling) helped me with all my questions besides my mistake with wrong order Thank you guys!

  Management rocks! I forget the GM's name but he's awesome. Service sometimes varies. There's been some amazing servers who are attentive and others who are less so. Food is solid, but not the main draw. The drinks are stellar! I do wish they were more consistent with quality, but who can argue with a $10 marg in this city. My friend is a big fan of their dirty martini and mentioned they've failed to give her the blue cheese stuffed olives and make the drink truly "dirty." Small detail, but if it impacts her assessment of the restaurant, I think it's worth mentioning. Overall solid meet-up spot for friends, co-workers, alike. Curious to try other locations around the city.
