  I decided to try this place because of the items on the locals menu. I am so glad I did! The Brussel sprout tacos are amazing. I actually wanted to order a second serving. I also had the fried chicken sandwich which was also very good I loved the sweet and sour sauce with the coleslaw it was topped with. I would definitely stop in again next time I’m in town

  My friends and I ate here during our girls weekend in the city. We thought the food and cocktails were delicious - and definitely recommend the falafel bowl!! Our server was attentive and who I assume was the manager checked on us as well. I will also say the ambiance and design of the restaurant is stylish. However, while we realize the outdoor seating area is dog friendly - and we love dogs! - there was a group of girls there posing their dressed up dogs all over the seats and areas where there were clean utensils and napkins ready for other guests. They also had their dogs off the leash and seemed to be completely oblivious to the fact they weren't the only people there. It was distracting, and to be honest, annoying. While not the restaurant's fault, it might be good to be sure people who do bring their animals aren't allowing them to wonder to other tables, make messes, or get all over clean tables that they aren't sitting at. To be fair, the manager did come out once and I could tell he was quite annoyed with them as well but was trying to be polite.

  The service was rather poor. For example, they didn't give small plates when serving shared dishes and we had to ask for drinks multiple times. The burger was one of the worst I've had. Most egregiously, they served our cinnamon roll with raw dough.

  I am very grateful to Manny for getting us the best table for my birthday. I am grateful to have been served by Elvira who has the same name as my mother. Food was delicious. We had a great time as friends. Thank you!

  The Wilson is really more about the dog-friendly setup than the food. The outdoor seating is great if you have a dog, but beyond that, there’s not much reason to come here. The food is pretty mediocre, and the service was lacking and inattentive. Overall, unless you’re specifically looking for a place to sit outside with your dog, there are much better options nearby for both food and service.
