- MRMarkus Rønning2 days ago5.0Fantastic atmosphere, great food and exceptional staff. We had the polo burger, rib eye and new york strip and they were all cooked to perfection. Starters and cocktails was also very food. Well worth the hassle with reservation.

Not only a bit dismissive of us (at least we had a reservation), but she rebuffed people ahead of us in a manner I would be very unhappy with if this were my business. Service inside is better but not the same quality as Ralph's in Paris. Bit of a let down really.

I highly recommend this place to anybody that wants a wonderful experience, especially when visiting Midtown.

When I give them one, they put me on hold and then tell me it’s fully booked. So I asked what they did have available, and they told me nothing at all. If nothing is available, why ask me what date I want in the first place? Shocking customer service!!!!
