  The hostess was so nice but the best was our waiter, Gavin!! Hands down the best waiter ever. Polite, funny and super accommodating. Relaxing atmosphere. Food was good. We will be back. Thank you!!

  HAD A GREAT TIME.. OUR SERVER GAVIN WAS THE BEST.. SUPER NICE AND SWEET.... CHECKED UP ON US MULTIPLE TIMES. GREAT SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT TO ORDER AND WAS DEFINITELY ON POINT.. EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS. LOOKING FORWARD TO GOING BACK!

  Went there for Restaurant Week and enjoyed their set menu-it had an excellent selection of food choices. Cocktails were very good. Our server, Manny, provided excellent service and the manager, Alex, made his rounds making sure everything was ok. Clean enviornment, street parking, and walls are filled with caricatures of famous people. Highly recommended

  We always hit our favorite restaurants when in NYC and The Palm never disappoints. We had the 4 pound lobster special for two and a bone in ribeye with all the sides. Had a little leftovers for home. Our server Gavin was excellent with everything and especially shelling the lobster. He’s just a wonderful person and try to get his section for sure. Two thumbs up 👍👍 even before the Broadway show!
