  Absolutely phenomenal experience at The Palm! From the moment we walked in, everything was top-notch. The food was perfectly prepared, the atmosphere was elegant yet welcoming, and the service truly made the evening unforgettable. A huge shoutout to our server, Jenny, who was incredibly attentive, funny, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm throughout our meal. Her wine recommendation was absolutely spot-on—we enjoyed it so much that we ended up ordering two bottles! She anticipated everything we needed before we even had to ask and made us feel like valued guests from start to finish. Her trainee, Gavin, was also fantastic! He was friendly, eager to learn, and provided excellent service with a great attitude. It was wonderful to see Jenny mentoring him, and together they made an amazing team and an unforgettable night for my family (who rarely gets a chance to get together) so thank you Jenny and Gavin! If you’re looking for outstanding food paired with exceptional hospitality, The Palm is the place to go. We’ll definitely be back, and we hope to be seated with Jenny and Gavin again. Five stars all the way!

  I decided to check out The Palm which was just down from mCitizen hotel. Service was friendly, the food was good, and the atmosphere was relaxed. No complaints.

  Came here for Father’s Day at the insistence of a family member. My aunt lives in the city and I do not. Brought the wife and kids here As well. Our sever Sham was the highlight of our visit. She knew the menu up and down. Recommend things and was very astute in her knowledge. I chose the rib eye. Now, I am a beef guy I make my own brisket, grill prime aged rib eyes at home and just as a hobby guy wondered how a steak from a restaurant would stack up what I do my own self. My dry aged rib eye was 70$usd. I have had local butcher’s from NYC and Ni as well as PA and CA teach me about location from the cow and what a good prime beef looks like, that being written the cut of meat I got did not look like my understanding of a rib eye. See pictures. It was fluffy, no outside fat cap, it seemed more like an over tenderized (like sousvide) chuck steak. I have sousvide a chuck steak into a Sir Charles at 139 degrees for 49 hours and make it fantastic. But cutting into this steak the grey band around the crust does not indicate my suspicion. So. What cut is this???? Why is the fat in a triangle in the middle of this piece of beef? Anyway. The French fries were terrible. Over dried out. Like under a heat lamp for hours. The cream spinach was 80% cream. Not worth it. The steak carpaccio was great. Salty and sweet and delicious. Sham came and checked on us so well and was so wonderful. Like 10🍾/10 service. But ok I’ve had better food. But the service was incredible, but Come on, 17 bucks for terrible sides? Idk I can make frozen hashbrowns that taste better than the fries I ate. Also shoutout to their chimichuri sauce it was 7/10. A bit too much garlic or for me but so good. Also for dessert we had chocolate cake. It was a tad dry but the icing was a smooth texture and make it better. 7/10 experience. Cleanest bathroom in nyc. Friendliest staff ever. Steak good. Sides are mediocre or bad.

  We had an absolutely phenomenal dinner at this wonderful restaurant in New York City. As soon as we entered the restaurant the hostess checked and noticed that I had a preference of sitting at a window table. She actually showed us a table near the window and a table in the main dining room and asked us where we would prefer to sit, that was so nice of her. We chose to sit at the table near the window. Our server Miguel came over and took our cocktail order. We then ordered the beef carpaccio and the Caesar salad for our apps which were so tasty. For our entrées we selected the veal martini and the swordfish. They were all plated so beautifully and were extremely delicious. And for our dessert we selected the New York cheesecake and the carrot cake which were to die for. Some praise has to go to the chef for creating these wonderful/enticing dishes. What really made our dining experience so wonderful and memorable was our awesome server Miguel. He was so attentive throughout our dinner and had a great sense of humor. No matter what requests we made he granted them to us. I also want to make note that on several occasions Osmin came to our table to either deliver our food or take away the empty dishes and he was so friendly and cordial with us. He even did a great job packing up our leftovers which we really appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our conversations with Osmin and Miguel and want to thank the both of them for making this an absolutely "phenomenal dining experience" for the three of us. !!!

  Love The Palm West, the steaks are amazing along with the sides. The seafood is delicious 😋. We come back to The Palm every time for the food and the service which are both outstanding. When you visit you must ask for Salem as your waiter. He is truly amazing, he knows exactly what you'll like and will make the perfect suggestions. We go here often not just for food but also for the service. The bartenders are amazing and the service staff. ❤️❤️
