I come to this location often. The food is spectacular! Customer Service is superb. The staff is lovely and upbeat. Michelle and Trevon are amazing at making customers feel right at home!
Definitely my new favorite spot to eat when I come into the city.

Absolutely amazing experience at The Gyro Project! The food was incredibly fresh and full of flavor you can truly taste the quality in every bite. The gyros were perfectly prepared, the ingredients were fresh, and everything came out hot and delicious.
What really made the experience stand out was the exceptional service. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and attentive from the moment we walked in. They created such a great atmosphere and made us feel genuinely appreciated as customers.
If you’re looking for high-quality food, outstanding customer service, and a place with great energy, The Gyro Project is definitely worth visiting. Highly recommend and will absolutely be coming back!

Brandon was really helpful along with the rest of the staff. Pulled up at 8 58 and the restaurant was closing at 9 00. He still made it possible to make a large order to go. Prepared some great falafel gyros for us. On top of that gave the leftover falafel as a treat.
Absolutely amazing experience here! The food was a 10/10 everything tasted fresh, great quality, and full of flavor. The service was just as great, very welcoming. Huge shoutout to the manager, Mitchell for making sure everything ran smoothly and that guests were taken care of. Definitely recommend and will be coming back!
I am an avid greek food eater, particularly at the comparable greek/middle eastern chains (cava, naya, balade etc) and frequent some local restaurants as well and this was awful.
For starters, the menus is very strange. It's unclear if you can make your own bowl for lunch, or if you can what the price is. They have one bowl listed for 12 dollars but i got charged over 15 for mine. They also have random dinner style entrees on the menu board which makes no sense. Why advertise a 70 dollar meal on a cardboard menu over a fast casual counter?
The food was pretty okay, borderline bad. You get 2 sides/toppings, but heavy sides and salad toppings are weirdly grouped together. You can get french fries AND potatoes, but if you want to top your bowl with cucumbers thats extra?? Then you get 2 spreads that they glop onto the bowl. They put so much on mine, I couldn't even eat it beyond picking the chicken out.
Will not be returning.
