It was a disappointment. We were told out table would be ready in 10 minutes and we waited a long time with half the restaurant empty until i asked how much linger they would make us wait with empty tables.
The service was good but $70 for water and a tiny coke was outrageous! There are so many better restaurants around! We ended uphere because we could not cross due yo the parade otherwise we would never be this foolish!

During my stay at the Four Seasons Hotel, I dined in The Garden every morning. There was truly not a single item that I did not enjoy. I could tell that they spent a lot of time perfecting each dish which added to the experience. The green juice had the perfect kick and taste, the quality of the fresh fruit plate was exceptional, and (dare I say) I have never had a better salmon bagel in nyc than in The Garden. I had to order it every single day because the bagel itself was the perfect mix of chewy and soft and the salmon was delicious. The service was also outstanding and very kind. I will always come back here.

I’ve never written a review before, but after the brunch my family and I had at The Garden, I felt compelled to say something.
The room was clearly busy, but the staff never made it feel that way. Every interaction felt warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.
Our brunch was excellent, and the service throughout the meal was truly top notch. What stood out most was how effortlessly the staff handled what looked like a full room while still making each table feel cared for. That kind of hospitality and grace is not easy to pull off.
My family and I left feeling taken care of and grateful for the experience. I just moved back to NYC, this is the standard being set and it’s very good to be back!

Today just wasn’t our day. It started with something simple — we asked for water with no ice, and somehow it came exactly the opposite. Then we waited about 40 minutes for our appetizers because our server mixed up our order (they apologized, but still). After that we ordered steaks, and the doneness was way off from what we asked for. The cocktails were also just… fine — honestly, the kind of drinks you could get at any basic spot. For a high-end restaurant, we expected a much better overall experience.
