- BMBohdan Maliavskyi2 days ago1.0I was very disappointed with the customer service at this Taco Bell. This happened on Monday, May 18, at around 11:00 PM. I came in with my bicycle because I wanted to place an order. Instead of politely explaining that bicycles are not allowed inside, the staff spoke to me in a very rude and unwelcoming way and simply told me to take my bike outside. I completely understand that there may be rules about bringing bicycles into the restaurant. However, this could have been communicated in a much more respectful and friendly manner, such as: “Welcome! Unfortunately, bicycles need to stay outside.” Because of the way I was treated, I did not feel welcome and do not want to return to this location. Please speak with your staff and provide additional training on how to communicate with customers in a polite and professional way. Even when a customer makes a mistake, they should still be treated with respect.

Iqra almost ruined a wedding while I found another Taco Bell that was able to finish my order in 20 minutes and was confused why this location refused my order. I was late because of Iqra. You shouldn’t work in the service industry if you don’t want to serve people and ruin weddings for people.

The girl at the counter was very rude and dismissive in the way she spoke to me. Customers should at least be treated with basic respect, especially paying customers. Very disappointing service and unprofessional behavior from the staff.
