  Taco Bell located on 13th street and 3rd avenue. I ordered via the Kiosk and decided I wanted to pay with cash. When you do this, the clerk needs to take your money prior to the order getting filled. I waited for anyone on their staff to come and take my $$ so my order can be processed, no one ever came over, they were focused on filling the orders that they never had the opportunity to come and service my cash order, so I left.

  Their service was the worst. I used the device to purchase a drink, and there were no customers waiting in front of me. I waited 4–5 minutes just to receive a bottle of juice. Even though the staff saw that my credit card transaction had gone through, they refused to give me the product and told me to pay again in cash. This was extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

  Would not pick up the phones after hours of calling to check min on an hour that was less than was a few weeks. Heard nothing from the doctors Or from a checkup. Got something about my climb or about staying at base camps. No one Was there to greet me.

  Best Taco Bell staff in Manhattan! I will go again. Friendly and fast service. Other locations should aspire to be as good as them.
