  Drinks are more expensive during happy hour? Everything is is 50% more than a normal nyc Taco Bell and twice that as a non nyc Taco Bell.

  Clean space, fast & friendly service, accurate with special orders. This is fast food, but it is the way fast food should be. I will come back to this location.

  The store at east 9015. The 1st Ave. Taco Bell is very bad service. Food is very bad and the employees are very rude. And disrespectful, they didn't acknowledge me when I first got in the store. It took them about 52 ten minutes to acknowledge me. When I asked for service, they denied my service and told me. I couldn't redeem a code to get a discount on my food. Because the manager wasn't there and it didn't have the manager password. Meanwhile, the manager was there. All he did was walk to the back and sit down and start sipping his coffee. And said not a word to fix anything or help me in any way. Very bad service

  I ordered multiple items. I got there and they didn't want to deliver because they said they're losing money on a campaign taco bell is running. The guy called the manager who was rude, lied about the terms, said she would blacklist if I wanted all items, and aggressively said on phone take it or leave it. I did nothing wrong I just asked what the T&C was. Taco bell needs to do better with their franchisees! NOT RECOMMENDED. STAY AWAY. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
