The food presentation, the packaging, the cuts of sashimi, the quality of the wasabi (blew my head off - none of that cheap stuff), the quality of the ginger. Everything was fresh, high quality produce & I was so pleasantly surprised! Arrived in 20 mins on a Thursday night. I rarely leave reviews but I just had to say - they really know their stuff here. Thank you. Incredible.
