Need to be removed from subway app if they refuse online orders. Have had multiple issues with this location, and it just keeps getting worse.

I came in, ordered at the kiosk, and quietly waited for my food. Meanwhile, four or five people who arrived after me ordered in person, and the staff made their sandwiches first. There weren’t even that many people when I arrived, yet it took about 20 minutes to get my order, while everyone who came after me got theirs first. Pretty frustrating—I don’t mind waiting a bit, but this didn’t feel fair.
