  Food is fine, but service is TERRIBLE! I ordered online, when I arrive I asked the guy that I have an order for picking up, and he yelled “I can’t hear you!” I was confused why he was mad, I talked loud enough, if you can’t hear it clearly there are other polite ways to ask for repeat. I don’t expect good service for fast food picking up, I went to other subways the staff are ok and sometimes nice, but this time the staff is EXTREMELY RUDE! Sadly I order online so I paid first, I regret I added tips. Honest advice, go somewhere else there are plenty of restaurants in the city, don’t come here to ruin your wonderful day.

  I am writing this review to bring a serious and persistent public health concern to the attention of management. On multiple occasions, I have observed a specific staff member (a male employee with albinism) failing to adhere to basic sanitary protocols. Specifically, he continues to handle the cash register and touch non-food surfaces before immediately returning to sandwich preparation without changing his gloves. This is a direct violation of NYC Health Code §81.13, which explicitly requires food handlers to change gloves after performing tasks that do not involve food preparation—such as handling currency or touching equipment—to prevent cross-contamination. Despite bringing this to the employee’s attention directly on several occasions over the last few months, the behavior has not changed. This disregard for NYC Health Code §81.07, which mandates the protection of food from contamination, is unacceptable and poses a risk to every customer served. I hope management takes immediate action through retraining or corrective measures to ensure the establishment meets New York City’s mandatory food safety standards.

  The guy who take our order this 4/17/26 9pm is realy a nice guy. We don’t speak english perfectly and he try his best to give us a good order even if we said crazy things (sorry) it’s realy a precious thing to have people like this on a city where everybody just try to take us away. His smile speak’s for him, a nice guy !
