Been here a few times, food was good at one point. Went there tonight the most blandest steak, I ever had, not a spec of salt. Sat us in between two couples, which were inches away from us literally heard the couple next to us fighting. You guys used to be so good not sure what's happened lately.
Excellent evening with friends in an extremely trendy steak boutique.
The steak was delicious - Just the right balance of juicyness, beef and char on their signature pepper layer. The sides and dessert selection, including bread, sauces, vegetables and cake matched perfectly.
Service was superb with detailed explanation of the menu, including all the specials for the evening.
We had a gin martini cocktail with truffle olives to start. Then the wine was a great pairing to the steak, we chose an Italian Brunello.
Couldn't ask for more.

I’ve been to Strip House multiple times and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had.
From the moment we ordered, our server’s attitude completely shifted — especially after my boyfriend ordered dessert first (which… who cares?). It genuinely felt like we were being judged, and the service went downhill fast after that. We were basically ignored for the rest of the meal. Our server barely came back to check on us, and we had to flag someone down just to get basic attention.
Also, no bread service at all — which is wild because every other time I’ve been here, it’s been standard.
And honestly, this is NYC… people don’t need to show up in suits to be treated with basic respect. It felt like we were judged based on appearance instead of being treated like paying customers, which is disappointing for a place like this.
The whole experience left a really bad impression. I’ve always enjoyed coming here before, but this visit felt uncomfortable and dismissive in a way that didn’t sit right at all.I’ve been to Strip House multiple times and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had.

The food here was unbelievable - definitely the best steak we’ve ever had. Massive portion sizes - you could easily share a side. Great atmosphere - everyone was clearly there to have a good time. Our waiter was really friendly and helpful, but do expect a bit of a wait for service. Worth noting that the food here is very expensive as tax is not included on the menu price. You would definitely need to book to make sure you get a table. We did and got seated straight away. We would definitely go back!
Had a work dinner here so cost was not a factor in choosing what to try.
We started with drinks, I had the Pinot Grigio. For appetizers and sides, we had both the salmon and tuna tartare ( I would recommend the Tuna tartare over the salmon), the bufala burrata with the prosciutto (great starter to eat with the bread), oysters from the raw bar (they were good but the sauces were not flavorful enough), creamed spinach (delicious but nothing special), drunken cremini mushrooms (good but I would not order again), 1k layer goose fat potatoes (very good, the layers really make the difference, highly recommend),and roaster broccollini (cooked perfectly).
For an entre I enjoyed the 12oz fillet mignon, cooked just right, it is seasoned with salt and pepper and charred perfectly!
For desserts, we had the famous 24- layer chocolate cake (it is impressive to look at but I don't think it is worth ordering), the lavender creme Brulee was delicious, I highly recommend trying it and their cheesecake was also very good, I would suggest to share the desserts, there is plenty to go around.
Overall a great night, we sat there for 3.5 hours and never felt rushed, the host at the front was very nice and the service excellent.
