  Food is amazing!!!! I’ve tried a lot of omakase, and this is the best taste with really normal price. Will definitely come back again and again!

  I like the design of the inside ambience is great. Our waitresses Russian the chefs were Chinese, but that’s not unusual for New York sushi bars,The Omakasa was fresh and fast we had 15 pieces for 89 bucks and a carafe of delicious sake. We were there on a Monday night. It was empty. The standout was the salmon with foie gras on top.

  The only things I could really find flaws here on would be them using foie gras and having two nori rolls. I can’t stand nori personally. But for $89/person omakase they did a really great job.

  MONEY WELL SPENT! We had never had omakase before and were initially attracted by the $89 price tag. 15 courses, all were amazing. Lee was the best chef, Esther was such an attentive and kind waitress! The food was incredible. They took the time to go over each dish, and sushi etiquette with us, and did it it all in a way that made learning about the food fun and not intimidating. 10/10 recommend, and definitely pair the Shiso Spritz with the omakase! We will be back!

  I had a fantastic experience at Sozo Sip Bar & Omakase. The 15-course omakase was outstanding from start to finish. The fish was incredibly fresh, and every course was thoughtfully prepared. My favorite was the lean tuna—it was absolutely exceptional. I've tried quite a few omakase experiences in New York, and this is easily one of the best I've had so far. The service was just as impressive as the food. Everyone on the team was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant itself is beautiful, creating a relaxed and elegant atmosphere that's perfect for an omakase experience. I highly recommend Sozo Sip Bar & Omakase!
