  I just ordered from this place about an hour or 2 ago for delivery, received a message my ordered has beens picked up and on its way for my order to get CANCELLED?! How in the word an order can get canceled after supposedly being picked up??? Like what the hell?! This is such disgusting behavior and so disrespectful!

  One of the best sonics I’ve ever been to. I was sampling a lot of items and they were cooked to order and so fresh. I came around 8am and left at 9:30am on Friday June 26th 2026. I say the specific time and date because the person working the front was so friendly and helpful. Definitely get stuff from here it’s very good and you might be hesitant because of the location but it’s worth it

  The cashier used my debit card without my authorization. Which is considered fraudulent I will be reporting this transaction and this kind of behavior

  Food is okay with delivery. However they do forget items often. I order for my child who loves the wacky pack but unfortunately she never receives the toy ever. Even while dining in I have to go back to the counter and ask. I wouldn’t say anything if it wasn’t an all the time occurrence. Just saying be mindful… kids especially mines look forward to the toy or book and it’s happened the past 3 times. I even have it in my description for delivery and somehow every time. Other than that it’s okay

  DO NOT ORDER ONLINE HERE! Super unreliable delivery or none at all. I ordered here was charged right away, waited over 40 mins while receiving “driver on the way” alerts and then BOOM, out the blue order was canceled. No explanation, no credits, no food, charged almost $40 for junk food that was randomly canceled. The app says call the store…of course after several calls, the store never answers. DEPLORABLE experience and unacceptable to take payments immediately for orders they can’t fulfill then have the audacity to advise a refund a WEEK later! Throw the whole store away! Never ordering from or going to this F class disappointment of a Sonics location again. Sad part is the location is new and already a bad representation of what I know Sonics to be in other cities.
