The food, however, I think isn't that great. My issue with places like this is that they overcomplicate the menu so much that they don't do the main thing well which is a basic cheeseburger. First time I went, it was too salty. Second time, yesterday, the burger was cold (which was weird because it was literally handed to me from the kitchen, so maybe it had been sitting for a while?) and there was so much mayo thrown on it that I couldn't finish it. I am going to try it a third time, mostly because I liked the customer service.

The staff are exceptionally friendly, making you feel instantly welcome. While the classic burgers are reliable, the loaded hotdogs are absolute perfection—yummy, messy, and packed with flavor. Be sure to head upstairs to grab a table by the window for an incredible street-level view of the bustling Manhattan sidewalks below.

- MKMark KebleAug 15, 20261.0I order my food there to go, the app shows that will be ready in 10 minutes, I arrived there and my food wasn’t ready, I awaited and nobody was cocking anything, then I asked for my other and the Latin man said another 10-15 minutes after 20 minutes waiting for nothing, so I decided to cancel my order. Awful people work there, especially the Latin man that works in the kitchen, always with a bad attitude,rude very unpleasant and unprofessional. He shouldn’t be there making customers’ food. Last time I bought from that place. Please do not order food from there. Service is terrible.
