Ma commande a mis 25 minutes à être préparée alors qu’il n’y avait personne dans le restaurant à 9:30pm hier pour 3 burgers et une French fries.

Even the tissues in the bag are soaked every time. I love Smashburger but I’ll stop coming in if this oil issue isn’t fixed.

Staff require some security support to deal with the less fortunate person that sits near the door asking every customer for money as they come in, using the restroom without spending any money & generally lowering the tone. It's a nice eatery located in a challenging area of town.
