  Took the family on a NYC pizza tour to officially find out who has the "best" pizza in NYC. We waited hours to try Joe's, had Ray's, tried John's........even tried some place that claimed to be famous across the globe. All of them had stupid lines and mediocre pizza. We walked right into Slicehaus, no real line, ordered, sat outside and enjoyed the absolute BEST NYC pizza hands down. Why wait for some over hyped meh pizza, just come here. They also use beef pepperoni and sausage which is a bonus. My only complaint is that there are no public restrooms.

  I think I found my new favorite slice shop. I had a plain and a pepperoni slice. I love how it’s thin and crispy. They definitely use sourdough so you can definitely taste the difference. I don’t like square, grandma slices or Sicilian slices but the owner convinced me to try it because theirs is so unique. I tried it and it was not dense at all! To my surprise, it was so light and pillowy. It was probably my favorite Sicilian slices that I have ever tried. I still prefer a standard nyc slice but I highly recommend the Sicilian for those who like it. The best part: no 40 min wait with a bunch of tourists for pizza that is good but NOT worth that kind of wait.

  Such an amazing place. The owner is so friendly and the pizza is phenomenal. I had one slice at first because I wanted to try it out without committing too hard. I immediately got 4 more slices because I had to have more and have enough to take home to my wife. When I said this, the owner recommend I dont heat up the slices for my wife and gave me hot honey on the side, because its better when its put on after its been heated up. This place is just so quality. So much class. This is going to be the next big pizza spot with a line out the door so long you cant get in. So underrated even at a 4.9. After seeing how much we enjoyed the pizza, the owner gave us a free slice for me and my 2 friends. It felt like going into someone's house and they happened to make the best pizza in the world.

  As Italians from Naples and lovers of NY-style pizza, we absolutely loved this place and its slices! It tasted like NYC with a touch of Italy. Super crunchy and tasty. The staff was very welcoming, and we had the chance to chat with the owner, Agostino, who gave us so many great tips for exploring New York. Highly recommended!

  Grabbed a slice here with my brother. All the pizzas looked good, and the slice was structurally sound, no floppy pizza situation. The sauce was great, the cheese was good, and they finish each slice with freshly shaved Parmesan and a basil leaf. Simple, fresh, and well done. Definitely recommend stopping in if you’re in the neighborhood.
