When I finally asked the guy if it was going to take longer, he went to the counter with a surprised face, got a package, and gave it to me. When I asked if my order was sitting there the whole time he was just speechless. And guess what? MY ORDER WAS WRONG! But I just noticed when I was halfway home. So I went back and got refund (at least this part was easy!). Unbelievable. First time and last in this place.

Burgers are cooked to order and delicious, fries arrive hot and crispy (tip: try sweet potato fries), and the staff is friendly and helpful. Eating in is tight with no real atmosphere so better to take out or get delivery, but it's the taste you'll remember. Don't be surprised by $16 price; still feels like value for "the goods". Ask about specials on different days that give discounted fries and free drinks.
