  Our reservation was for 9:30.. we weren’t sat until 10… we weren’t brought our drinks until 10:30. Our waitress was extremely rude right off the bat, when all I did was ask a clarifying question about the pre fixed menu. Between the time we were sat (10) and the time we got our first drinks (10:30) we had spoke up to another nearby server to see if he could check on the wine. When our initial disrespectful server finally came back with it, she made a snarky comment to us along the lines of “you weren’t actually waiting that long.” We went on a Friday for the “party dinner” where you pay for an open bar by the hour. Our waitress continued to be flat out derogatory for the remainder of the meal, having an attitude every time she spoke to the table. On top of this, she would take forever to refill the drinks whenever we ran out (the overpriced drinks we were paying for by the hour..) and would try to ration how many she brought us.The dj played wedding music from 2016. They also made you put a credit card down and sign a contract that you would be charged for canceling the reservation or not showing up. What they don’t tell you in the contract you sign, is that they also charge you if you adjust your guest count. To our server (the seemingly Italian women with blonde highlights and a septum ring): you behaved extremely unprofessional all night to paying customers who were in this establishment for a birthday dinner. My boyfriend’s birthday dinner, that I spent time and effort into researching and booking and stressed about it being enjoyable the entire time while I tried to deal with your behavior towards him and the rest of our guests. I hope you enjoyed the auto 18% gratuity that was added, because if it was up to me you not have been getting that. Patrizias blows this place out of the water, I could not recommend it more. Do yourself a favor and don’t go to Ribalta unless you want to pay hundreds of dollars to be verbally abused all night by the staff.

  We happened to be nearby and decided to grab a quick dinner and ended up finding the best pizza in NYC! The pizza is authentically Neapolitan and truly transports you straight to Napoli. Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The meatballs and salad were incredible too. We already can’t wait for our next visit!

  Our reservation was made for 9:30 and we had to wait outside for 10-15 minutes. There was a dj and the music was too loud for any conversation. It took awhile to get our orders in and when we got our entrees served, it was 11:00 PM. The pizza I got, the toppings just slid off when I picked up a slice. The meatballs and zucchini were good.

  9:30 reservation 9:50 sat down 10:20 first drink. Waitress was EXTREMELY RUDE and told us we didn’t wait for anything LOL. 6 bottles of wine through 30 minutes. Perspective 26th birthday full of people trying to have fun! Waitress was absolutely awful and I could never recommend a restaurant less. DO NOT GET UNLIMITED DRINKS ITS FAKE! GO TO PATRIZIAS!

  Second time trying it. Just as disappointed in their pizza as first time. Plus many empty tables but they had to seat another table right next to us. Ridiculous!
