  The food was awful. I had the ribs and they were so dry and overcooked that I couldn't eat them. I told the waiter they were not very good and he brought me more bbq sauce. Lol I guess that's how they do it in the northeast. I also had a house salad and the dressing was warm. 🤮

  The staff was not very attentive possibly because the day was a hectic day for the staff because it was super busy with large groups. As our large group of over 30 people entered, there was a large group of children leaving. As we were leaving, another large group of children were coming in. They neglected waiting on the table we were at. We had to wait for the entrees, the beverages and the desserts. While everyone was halfway through their meals and drinks we had guests at our table that did not get their meals. No one came around to ask if we needed anything. I had to ask people in our group to get the attention of the staff to get us what we were missing at out table. For not one staff member to come back and ask if we were good or if everything was okay was disappointing. I will say the food was decent. The appetizer, chips and guacamole, was great. The ribs and fries were good. The penne pasta with broccoli and chicken was okay. The cheesecake was divine. The lemonade was awful. The Cola was not that great but the Sprite was legitimate. will stick to my favorite Chick-fil-A lemonade. I would probably patronize this place again and update my review.

  Food was amazing, service was on point, music was great, the decor and atmosphere was kinda like a sports bar or lounge, big TVs everywhere (I expected a more TV, movie or film vibe) however it was very clean. Definitely going again

  Service was awful! A worker walked my and took my lemons for my water before I even had a chance to use them. Garlic bread is basically a pizza. The 1/2 chicken was mushy it was disgusting. Chicken sandwich was overcooked the chicken was tough. Ice tea came with zero ice and it was warm. Soda came with very little ice. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. We left here and found a different restaurant to eat at.

  Wir waren schon mehrmals hier und müssen leider enttäuscht feststellen, dass das Planet Hollywood nachgelassen hat. Das Ambiente wirkt heruntergekommen und schäbig. Wahrscheinlich wurde schon länger nichts mehr in das Lokal investiert. Der Service war prompt und freundlich. Das Essen war okay, mehr aber auch nicht. Im Restaurant ist es - wie leider sehr oft in den USA - viel zu kalt und daher auch eher ungemütlich.
