  It was horrible. Barely any toppings in my pizza and the crust was overly thick!! I feel robbed. 1980 Amsterdam Ave. not recommended at all!

  Update ( I am leaving my original review below this new one). I recently returned to this location due to a promotion, and I didn’t have high hopes based on my original experience. They deserve an updated review because it seems they’ve improved the way they do business. The pizza this time around was delicious and perfectly made! They made the pie to proper proportions this time. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, unlike my first visit. Kayla was a pleasure to interact with. As I waited for my order, I watched her treat each and every customer who came in with respect and courtesy. (2025) First and last time I will ever order from this location!! Ordered a Large Pan Cheese pizza. After paying I was handed over the box, only to find a medium size pizza inside. When I questioned the sales associate why it was a medium instead of a large (what I paid for) she pretended not understand with a shocked looked on her face. I guess they believe customers don’t know what a large is. Or that the customer will open the box before leaving the store. Take your money elsewhere this place is a ripoff!!
