  made a mistake on my end and accidentally selected carry-out instead of delivery. I called the place to see if they could change it, and they were having some technical difficulties. They told me they could cancel the order so I could redo it, which I thought was a good idea. A couple of moments later, they called me back and said they were able to fix the issue, especially since they were also having trouble finding my address. As someone who works in customer service, I have to say this was some of the best communication and customer service I’ve ever experienced. They kept me updated, found a solution, and actually followed up with me instead of leaving me wondering what was going on. Really impressed with how they handled everything.

  Had to write this as soon as I got home. The place was clean and the staff was friendly and patient while I decided what I wanted. The general manager was so sweet and helpful. I recommend stopping and supporting your neighborhood Pizzahut

  Fuimos cerca de la medianoche con un hambre voraz luego de pasear todo el dia por NYC y este Pizza Hut no decepciono. Un local pequeño bastante limpio solo para take away pues no contaba con mesas. Nos entregaron bien rapido una pizza riquisima, a decir verdad como la mayoria de los locales de la cadena. La atencion por parte de Yaneeka realmente excelente. No se puede pedir mas, todo perfecto.
