- JSJoan S4 days ago1.0Extremely disappointing and unpleasant experience at this Papa Johns location today. The customer service here has really gone downhill. One particular employee who took my order was extremely rude, dismissive, and disrespectful when I asked a simple question. His attitude was completely unacceptable. What concerned me even more was the way he handled my food. He opened my pizza box while talking, and I could clearly see saliva coming from his mouth as he spoke. I was extremely uncomfortable and concerned about the hygiene and safety of my food. Customers should never have to worry about whether their food has been contaminated because of an employee’s careless handling. At one point, the employees even laughed at the customer, which was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. I remember the employees who worked at this location in the past, and they treated customers with much more courtesy, respect, and professionalism. The difference is truly disappointing. This experience has seriously damaged my impression of this Papa Johns location. Management needs to pay much more attention to both customer service and basic food-handling hygiene. This kind of behavior tarnishes the reputation of the Papa Johns brand.

- IYIlan YJul 28, 20261.0Extremely disappointed. I placed an order during the Buy One, Get One Free promotion and ordered 10 + 10 pizzas, expecting to receive all of them. Instead, Papa Johns delivered ONLY ONE pizza while charging me $459 for the order. I refused the delivery because the order was obviously incorrect, but despite their mistake, they have refused to issue a full refund. Charging nearly $500 and delivering just one pizza is completely unacceptable. Customer service has been unhelpful, and I’m still trying to get my money back. I would not recommend ordering from this location until they take responsibility for mistakes like this and properly refund customers. Very disappointing experience.
