- JLJanet LopezSep 28, 20261.0I ordered on Uber Eats got a chicken noodle soup and grilled cheese, I was feeling under the weather but was at work and wanted to push thru. WHY is my grilled cheese literally BURNT? Like who in their right mind will actually sit there and package this grilled cheese and send it off to someone to eat? INSANE!!!

- M9Mahi 9Sep 12, 20261.0I honestly don’t understand how the staff at this location didn’t notice the smell and quality of the food being served. I ordered an all-vegetable salad, but unfortunately, all the vegetables and rice tasted stale and were clearly not fresh. I requested to have my order changed, and I do appreciate that the receptionist was nice enough to replace it for me. However, the replacement a simple salad with only vegetables was also stale. I was extremely disappointed, especially after giving them another chance to correct the issue. This location clearly needs to pay much closer attention to the freshness and quality of the food they are serving. I would not recommend this Panera location based on my experience. Absolutely unacceptable and very disappointing.
