And the manager proceeded to talk over me on the phone which led to more disappointment in the overall experience. And she let me know that she was very busy as it was during the lunch hour. The irony is that at the bottom of the receipt it clearly states “accuracy matters. If your order is not right, please let a manager know.”. If the receipt didn’t say that, I may not have bothered to call to let you know that there was an accuracy issue, and that I was disappointed that my sandwich was not correct. 👎🏻
