- SHSara El Houzaly1 day ago5.0I really appreciate the Panera Bread at the Union Square location. I always come in for my morning coffee and sometimes for lunch as well. The staff is always fast, accurate, and very kind, even during the busy lunch rush when they seem incredibly overworked. I’ve had bad experiences at another Panera location in LIC, so the difference here really stands out. Even though I usually just do pickup orders, the small interactions I’ve had with the employees make me feel genuinely valued as a customer. Thank you to the team for always being so welcoming and hardworking.

She stated the machine was broken, but it still appeared to be available in the kiosk. She did not also want to provide me a receipt, which is beyond sketchy. Almost everywhere you go a receipt is issued. As someone who has worked at Panera. (It was my first job) I know how to issue a refund and would issue a ton with providing a receipt. She failed in doing so and followed me out the store, when I seemed to be frustrated. Very unprofessional and uneducated. It’s all in the cameras. People need to think twice before ever stepping foot in this Panera… The reviews give it away. Plus the sandwich was cold, bread was hard and hardly any cheese.
