I will to begin to say this place it’s the Top World class steakhouse !. There is no doubt in my mind it’s one of the best if not the best steakhouse in NYC . I been in NY in many steakhouse’s including a 24 months old aged steak with a top notch quality steak, but nothing like Palladino’s Steak & Seafood.
I travel the world for my job as professional aviator. l been my self in many steakhouses in Europe however the taste’s juice tenderloin seasoning they prepare the meat here it will blow your mind. I would say this place it’s a must to come to central station in NY if you’re around. We were there on April 29/ 2026 for my daughter birthday celebration, we love the service as well, customer service it’s above & beyond you could expect it, our waiter’s service was excellent amazing, Hema & Eduardo one of the Managers they were on top attention to detail, anything that we need they were there. I couldn’t be more impressed, happy & satisfied customer with their service and food.

Wow, wow, wow. For months, I watched this place rise from plywood and scaffolding—a quiet construction site I’d pass without a second thought. It opened. And still, I hesitated. Until one day, I finally walked in.
What I found was nothing short of revelatory. The trifecta of food, service, and atmosphere lands at a rare, unassailable 10 out of 10.
Behind the bar, Bereket and Steve are virtuosos—calm, confident, and impossibly attentive. They shook and stirred drinks with the kind of precision that turns a simple cocktail into a narrative. The meatball? Tender, properly seasoned, almost obscenely good. The fries—crisp, golden, and salted to within a hair of perfection. A modest plate that delivered an outsized impact.
The room itself is a study in contrast: eclectic yet cohesive, buzzing yet warm. A genuinely diverse crowd, all of it held together by service that never misses a beat.
I will absolutely be back. This isn't just a meal—it's a reminder of why you take the detour

I very much wanted to like it here more and may give it another try… steak was perfect, I had the filet. The sides were not good - mac&cheese was gummy with the top on the firm side as if the cheese had hardened. Was not an ooey gooey experience. The haricot vert was overdone and the beans super soft. We did have the ice cream sundae which was delicious. Overall the service was average. Yes, everyone was friendly and kind - there just seemed to be a lack of training for what is supposed to be an upscale experience. Perhaps subtle for some, more obvious for me - the reach when refilling a glass was problematic, water spilled every time and there was no “pardon my reach” spoken, they just swooped right over, arm in your face. Bread service was some kind of an odd breakfast pastry placed clumsily on your bread plate. I had to ask what was in it, no one offered. A bread service is usually an assortment of breads and you are asked to make a selection. Our to go bags where not brought to the table or offered upon leaving, we had to ask for them. So I would recommend they invest in more training for the staff and perhaps work on improving those side dishes.
We dined in the beautiful outdoor patio after I arrived on a late flight and am so glad we stopped by chance here in Grand Central. Everything was incredible, the ambiance, the lighting, the staff, the food and drinks were top notch. Our hostess was so helpful with my bags, even though we arrived later on she remembered to give them back to me at the end of the night. Paige took care of us at the bar and was so knowledgable and friendly. It was our first time but she walked us through all of the menus, helping my friend and I pick each course without rushing us. All her food recommendations were on point, and I learned so much about Kobe and Wagyu-it was my first time trying it.
When it came out at first I was worried about how small it seemed, but she was right when she told us how filling the higher quality meat is! I was impressed with the flavors of every dish but of course the Wagyu was mouth wateringly delicious! There are even complimentary sauces, each as good as the next. The wine pairing with my steak was excellent too, everyone should try the chateau de pape! I’m not in town long enough to try the other two spaces they have, but I recommend that everyone come in and try Paladinos and Chef Hazen’s food at least once!
