  My teenage son and I came early on a Tuesday as tourists to see the cartoons on the walls. He enjoyed his burger and fries, and I really enjoyed the steak caprese salad, which was reasonably priced, about $25. The waiters went above and beyond to welcome and help us. Since it was a quiet time of day, I also was able to walk around and get close to the illustrations without disturbing anybody. Usually you'd never see me at a bar because of my hearing sensitivity, but I popped in my Loops and determined to roll with it for the sake of the fun experience. Worth it! Thanks, Overlook!

  Words can't define my dreadful experience! As a sports fanatic I was looking for a new spot to watch games. The first two times I was turned off by a blonde female sharing vulgar sex comments over a loud speaker (which even male customers found revolting). Last night I was sitting at the bar routing for my team while eating a burger. The same vulgar blonde jumped onto the bar and literally hurled a massive pot of water at me (I had absolutely no previous interaction with her) soaking my blouse, jeans and a puddle in my bag which fell to the floor distributing all of my belongings onto the floor. Other people were shocked and also upset as they too were splashed. Most of the staff was horrified and apologetic as my night was ruined and I was getting over being very sick. No apology but an arrogant "it's only water from this crazy individual!" Needless to say I needed to end my night, go home and dry off. Several people followed me out of the bar and expressed their own disdain, their never wanting to return and a number of adjectives regarding the crazy lady. This is unacceptable behavior to a customer from an employee and is an act of assault!

  $200 bar Bill. Absolutely no buy backs. Service sucked on top of all that with eight taps not in service. Avoid this place. It is a ripoff

  We were seated and immediately a guy came over looking annoyed and asked to take our order. I asked for a tall gin and tonic to which he rolled his eyes. We thought that was strange. Its a very basic 2 ingredient drink so it shouldn’t be an issue. He said he needs our credit card to hold our order. He too it tothe back room and we turned around to see him handing it to another guy. We asked for the card back and he said they hold it the whole time . We told them we weren’t comfortable with that as we’ve had major identity fraud. He laughed and was obviously annoyed. No establishment should be holding a credit card! No customer should be ok with this. He was snarky and plain rude. A dive bar doesn’t mean rude service and low standards.
