  This was the first time in a long time that I had actually wanted to get mcdonald's, I wasn't feeling well, I just wanted a little comfort food (which was the fries), and that was all I was going to get, I don't do kiosks, so that was going to be absolutely out of the question for ordering, but I go up to the counter and there's no menu boards, I can't compare and see prices or anything; it just felt so cold and sterile, was I supposed to ask the cashier the cost of each size of fries? Or was I just supposed to just put an order in and not think about the cost? The whole thing felt like "screw the customer, if they want to see specifics, they should go put their order in themselves at the kiosk". I don't know the next time I'll ever feel like trying to go to mcdonald's, as my craving was an isolated incident, but I'm definitely not returning to this one again, which is a shame too, because before I moved to this area decades ago, that was thee McDonald's that I used to frequent all the time, even when i moved equidistant to 2 of them, i would go to this one, but now I don't even feel like I could go in there, because there's no menu board for me to even see to place an order; it's about seeing the prices without having to use a kiosk. Having a TV screen up there with a digital display of menu items and prices, really isn't that difficult.

  I worked in this neighborhood for years and I can confidently say this is the best McDonald's in Manhattan BY FAR

  TRASH .. late to open on a consistent basis and that email on the wall that says “how are we doing” useless I guess it’s cute to open whenever they want

  I’m very disappointed with my experience at this location. I waited 13 minutes for my McFlurry, and when I finally received it, it didn’t even have caramel, even though that’s what I ordered. On top of that, the staff responded to me with smirks and an unfriendly attitude instead of trying to help. I understand places can get busy, but the customer service and quality of the order were really disappointing. I hope this can be improved.

  This McDonald’s is the worst. The staff here take their job waaayyyy to seriously. The Spanish guy behind the counter asked me to prove to him that the mobile order I ordered and said the name on it was mine. Even though I already said the name on the mobile order. Then the security guard goes off on some kids that were just laughing saying “AYE, keep it down, unless you wanna be outside” like what kind of place is this? I’ll never come back to this McDonald’s
