  Place is too loud- the pool is small. The food NASTY. I order fish and chips the fish was cold, elastic and raw. I also order a steak, small and raw . Overpriced!

  I went in for dinner , food was delicious. I ordered the Cajun shrimp dip and the Cajun seafood pasta 10/10 . The bartender Hayley was so kind and attentive . Definitely will be returning

  I was trying to have a staycation here and half of the staff kept the atmosphere up was kind smiled and gave great customer service the other half tho were extremely rude. This bartender with a man bun yelled over me and wouldn’t let me speak. I accidentally left my id upstairs and he was yelling that I couldn’t sit at the bar over and over again when I was just trying to tell him I was going to go upstairs to get it. He was never rude to my boyfriend tho but I couldn’t get a sentence out at all when I was there. Not to mention the lifeguard working at the pool kicked us out at 7:45 when we asked multiple people and they all said it closed at 8. I left the pool dried off went up to my room showered and changed and it was still not 8:00. We only had one night at the hotel and couldn’t even enjoy the pool for twenty minutes. I also got in trouble for eating a bagel near the pool and had to ask the same bartender that disrespected me for a towel like 3x

  Just don't. It may be tempting, but is not worth it. The rooms are actually nice but the water pressure in the room is off, the shower would be fine and then just stop and then start up again. The service is atrocious at every venue. They delivered the wrong bottle of wine to the room, we opened it and poured a glass realizing it was point noir and not chardonnay. It was like 10:30 at night ao we didn't say anything. The next, the front desk couldn't adjust for the $60 bottle and told me I had to talk to the restaurant and then the restaurant said it was opened. I said yes, we didn’t know it was red until we poured. The manager basically assumed I had drank it even though it was wrong and said we had to talk to the hotel and was annoyed that I was upset after talking to three people with no apology or even action. The pool bar never brought our drinks until 30 minutes later and two reminders and then they were wrong. Then the bill was wrong. Every staff member I talked to was aggravating. Except the pool lifeguard from Wisconsin. She was helpful and nice.

  If I could put 0 stars I could. I waited hours for food after being famished in Times Square for hours. I wanted my food but unfortunately it never came. I can't even rate the food because the waiters never showed with it. I was distraught to see everyone eat food except me, as this was my first meal after fasting for 2 days. My waiters forgot I existed. If I could the service a review I would give it negative stars. i feel forgotten and inconsequential. I came into the restraint with my dignity and left it utterly traumatized.
