My bf and I just finished lunch here; our first introduction to Dominican cuisine. We shared empanadas, ordered drinks, and got a half chicken w/ fried cassava and Spanish rice with chicken and sausage. Everything. Was. Insane. I’ll speak on the chicken. The meat was juicy, the skin was crispy, and the sauce they serve it with was crazy good. The cassava (one of my first times having it) tasted like it was fried fresh and was very good. The portions of everything were very generous. We arrived when there was a line for seating but it moved fast. Service was good for how crowded it was. Thank you Malecon!
