  This used to be a NYC staple and it’s a shame that it’s gotten so bad. Service was horrible and the red velvet and bread pudding tasted like nothing. I would give it another chance if it weren’t for the rude workers.

  The banana pudding is absolutely worth the hype! It tastes amazing and the prices are very fair for the portions. Things move very quickly in the shop because everything is already packaged, which kept waiting times very short. However, it was funny that our cashier had to use her phone's calculator to figure out how much change we got, which was kind of sad.

  I do not recommend the food from here. It was clearly stale and mass produced. Staff was nice but they lacked any interaction or ability to recommend what to get. There was a long line but did move quickly. I will say that there this shop is located, there was someone walking up and down the street causing issues/looking for attention, but it had nothing specific to the with the shop.

  It was just ok. I was under the impression that it was going to be a must try, will love place from the way my gf had seen people talk about it and it was a place she wanted to go while we were in NY. Nice, clean shop but not a lot of space to operate. Staff were nice also. I got the medium carrot cake pudding and it was good but I think I expected more. It's light and airy but the flavor I was expecting wasn't there. There were some carrot cake pieces at the top but once you got passed those it was all pudding(?) at the bottom. I couldn't tell if I was eating whipped cream or actual pudding because it was so lightly flavored..it says that it's vanilla pudding but you could've told me it was whipped cream and if believe you. My gf had the medium banana pudding and she couldn't taste the flavor of banana at all. Just an ok experience at best but try for yourself.
