  I've been here a few times, but this time I ordered a iced dirty chai (very good) and their small banana pudding (also delicious). HOWEVER, keep in mind that if you're here for their famous banana pudding, I would order the smaller sizes. The smaller ones were probably made in-house, but anything bigger may have been prepacked and DOES NOT TASTE AS GOOD. Anything with a plastic seal on top has not tasted good in my opinion. Otherwise, atmosphere is the usual nyc vibe. Not too friendly but just keeping the line going. Standard.

  Magnolia Bakery is another one of my favorite stops whenever I’m in NYC. There’s just something about walking into one of their locations that feels like part of the whole New York experience. The banana pudding is obviously the star of the show, and for good reason. It’s one of those things that you tell yourself you’ll just have a few bites of and somehow the whole thing is gone.

  Visited here on Tuesday 11th August on our last day before flying home to England, thought I'd get myself and my daughter a cheesecake which were both really nice but your staff let you down. Extremely rude staff member served us where you pay at the till no customer service skills whatsoever. Seriously mate if you're that miserable and unhappy in your job go and find a different one and learn how to smile ! If it wasn't for him I'd have given more stars!

  Non si può dire di essere stati a New York senza fare una tappa da Magnolia Bakery! Abbiamo preso il celeberrimo Classic Banana Pudding e una fetta di Chocolate Cake: Il Banana Pudding è una vera e propria dipendenza: cremoso, soffice e con il bilanciamento perfetto di dolcezza. Capisci davvero perché è così famoso al primo cucchiaino! 🍌 La torta al cioccolato era incredibilmente morbida, ricca e decadente, perfetta per chi ama i sapori intensi. 🍫 Prendere un dolcetto da portar via e passeggiare tra le luci della città rende l'esperienza ancora più magica. Una garanzia assoluta per chiunque cerchi una coccola dolce a NY!

  I was excited to try Magnolia Bakery’s Red Velvet Banana Pudding, but it was disappointing. The portion was about the size of their regular medium pudding, yet it costs more than a large regular pudding, making it feel overpriced. The online description also wasn’t very clear. It didn’t mention that the dessert still included vanilla wafers, so I was surprised to find them mixed in with the red velvet cake. Unfortunately, the red velvet cake itself was very dry, which took away from the overall experience. For the premium price, I expected a larger portion and a much better balance of flavors and texture. I wouldn’t order this flavor again.
