  We went for the banana pudding. They have the pudding sizes prepackaged so placing the order and recieving our food was quick. The pudding is good, but I find it better in a few hours. I bought the medium size for ~$9, which is a reasonable price for the amount of pudding! The small is definitely overpriced.

  Trash straight trash The pudding was warm I didn’t get the hype. The cupcakes were warm and tasted old . I took one bite and threw it away it was stale and gross . The service sucked ..TikTok over hyped this place. 1/10

  This is the first time I’m ordering from the Columbus store and it was horrible. The German chocolate cake was a different color compared to the 86 street chain. 86 street cake was dark brown yet this one was light brown. It seems magnolia is cheaping out in the ingredients and it shows. Cake was dry and was not moist at all. I ordered from the wonder app so not sure If this could play a part. Magnolia was usually my go to for special celebrations, not no more if the quality is down.

  Found a huge hair in my banana pudding one bite in and when I showed it to the employees they were very confused on how to provide a refund for it as I lost my appetite at that point. Was told I would be getting a refund but no receipt or anything was provided and they never asked for my card or anything so I don't really think I will be getting one but check your food at this one for hair!

  I ordered for pick up through their website. When I got there, they didn’t have my order. When I was waiting for my order, a doordasher came in and returned my order because he accidentally took it. I asked the staff if they’d be able to remake my order since I didn’t feel comfortable with the fact that someone had taken it outside of the bakery. The staff gave me so much attitude and were being incredibly difficult about having my order remade. After the staff argued with me, they reluctantly “remade” my order. Considering that all of the ice in my iced drink was melted, I don’t think they remade my order... Love magnolia bakery but am reluctant to go back to this location
