  I work in the area and could be a regular customer but after this experience (afternoon on 7/27/26), I won’t be going back. Customer service is really rude. Straight away, the employee could not understand what I was saying, even though I repeated myself. Then when I pointed above the glass, he scolded me for doing so. As others have pointed out, the portions are tiny for the price. I will say that the food is good, but it doesn’t justify coming back.

  I ordered a bowl today and was disappointed with the quality. I usually enjoy the bowls from your restaurant, which is why I was surprised by this experience. The steak was burnt, there was far too much sauce, and the chips were stale. Overall, the meal didn’t look appetizing and didn’t taste pleasant. I wanted to bring this to your attention because this is not the quality I’ve come to expect from your establishment.

  I would never go back. The guy serving was so impatient, the food was not good at all. Me and another guest ordered the roasted chicken with vegetables and rice. The rice was hard (undercooked or old) but the chicken was bad, the smell was the first thing I noticed and the the taste, omg. So yeah, not going back and wouldn't recommend.

  Management is a big part of the reason i frequently visit this location. Both Jeffrey & Kevin do a stellar job in offering alternatives as well as providing excellent customer service. New steak bites are one of my favorite dishes here followed by the sweet potatoes & salmon !!!! Little beet got Dig inn beat by a mile in my opinion from servicing size to quality. Craig K
