I didnt know it was possible to jumble up an order this bad. The plates we ordered barely resembled what we ordered. Sides were replaced with things we didn't ask for and we weren't informed. Nobody even greeted me when I walked in asking to pick up the food (not a single customer in the store either). Just pointed at a shelf in the corner.

I tried chopt, upbeat and dig in. Little beet is,.in ny opinion a good deal below that standard.
The bowl at first glance looks ok, but half of it is filled with giant eucula salad and dry couscous. Very little dressing on top. Just made for a mediocre meal.
Redeeming feature was the coconut cake which was amazing.
But the star of the show is supposed to be the bowls a d they were not good compared to the afore mentioned franchise.
For me the favorite is still chopt,.simply because they mix the salad perfectly for you, which is underrated.

This is my second visit to this location, and unfortunately the service hasn’t improved. The first time, I assumed the employee was just having an off day, but on this visit he had the same dismissive attitude.
There also seems to be an issue with food availability later in the day. If I stop by for dinner after work, items are often sold out or sitting old — even though the restaurant doesn’t close until 9pm. While I was there, another customer asked an employee multiple times if they had steak available. The employee never answered and simply walked to the back without resolving it.
The food here is usually great at other locations, so I know this one can do better. Please address food freshness/availability throughout the day, and remind staff that basic courtesy with customers matters.
