It was not the most pleasant, and it has nothing to do with the food, but rather with how the manager treated both employees and customers. He started reprimanding his staff in front of customers who were waiting to be served. This happened around 7 p.m. yesterday. Apparently, he didn’t like how they were working, but the way he handled it seemed very unprofessional to me. In any case, this should have been addressed in private, even if it meant making us wait a few minutes before being served. On top of that, when it was finally our turn, we were told they had no chicken. I also noticed several delivery drivers waiting because of the same issue, and they were treated in a similarly hostile manner. You should improve your hiring process and be more careful about who you put in charge, because this was really inappropriate and unpleasant. It honestly surprised me, since my experiences here have always been very positive in the past. The employees usually treat customers very well, but yesterday was the exception. I hope you can improve this.

Tony the manager at this location was responsive and able to make it happen, delivering earlier than anticipated. Each bowl was labeled and the food beautifully plated and delicious. Got a new client for sure long time
