Great small plates for sharing. We got the 3 cheese pide, falafel, and zucchini fritters. Great dips to compliment the dishes.

I had an unfortunate experience here a couple nights ago. We had dinner on the back patio, and everything was great: the ambiance, the food and the service. I was prepared to call this one of my favorite places I'd been to in NYC yet.
However, about an hour after we got home, I got a terrible bout of food poisoning. I was up all night, feeling like absolute garbage. I gave two stars because based on other reviews and the health department grade, this seems like it might've been a fluke. But it's gonna be a long time before I'm ready to come back here.
If anyone's curious, we had the zucchini fritters, the short rib pide, the mezze trio, the falafel, the branzino, and the baklava with ice cream for dessert. To drink, I had a perfect Istanbul and a duman; I also tried a sip of the botanist. I'm wondering if the branzino's what did it.
