  For such an esteemed French pastry shop, it’s utterly disappointing to experience such poor customer service. Ladurée has built a reputation for luxury and elegance, yet the service I received was far from that standard. Management should eevaluate their hiring standards. A brand with this level of status should make sure that its customer experience reflects the quality of its products.

  Cute little take out shop with excellent quality macarons. Super soft and tastes like the flavor they promise. Unique flavors too. Friendly cashier. Only thing is it's a bit on the expensive side for macarons.
