  Cute little take out shop with excellent quality macarons. Super soft and tastes like the flavor they promise. Unique flavors too. Friendly cashier. Only thing is it's a bit on the expensive side for macarons.

  I understand that not everyone pays attention to what they’re putting into their body, but some of us do and for a brand at this price point, that should be respected. There’s very little transparency around ingredients, which is concerning. For example: – What kind of flour is being used: is it enriched/refined, potentially inflammatory, or a higher-quality alternative? – The pistachio items have a very bright color. what is that coming from? Because it doesn’t seem to be from pistachios alone. – Are there gums, stabilizers, or additives involved (like glycerol, glucose syrups, thickening agents)? – What type of sugar is being used? These are basic questions for people who are mindful about what they consume. If you’re charging premium prices and positioning yourself as a high-end brand, there should be a matching level of transparency and product knowledge.
