  Had a fantastic time at the Krispy Kreme just north of Times Square on Broadway in Manhattan. The place combined the classic Krispy Kreme atmosphere with the classic New York City culture. I enjoyed it thoroughly, and the Statue of Liberty holding a donut on a keychain was one of my favorite souvenirs from NYC. This was my first trip to NYC and I absolutely cannot wait to return to NYC and the Times Square-adjacent Krispy Kreme!

  I would rate zero stars if possible for the horrible customer service we just received. We are waiting to place our order. There appears to be some woman speaking with the cashier and we are waiting our turn. The employee standing behind the register tells us we are “so nosey and to look around. I’m not taking your order.” Apparently he was just having a conversation? While dressed in a Krispy Kreme uniform at the register for placing orders? Also, they advertise to always have hot donuts and they do not. I really wish I got his name. When we stated we weren’t nosey and were waiting to place an order, he attempted to argue with us.

  Lo donuts no estaban nada mal, sin embargo el trato en la caja a la hora de pagar fue fatal. Te hablan mal, la chica que nos atendió nos grito. Pedimos una BIG Apple y al momento de pagar nos dan un par de donuts clásicos (al parecer eran de cortesía y nosotros no teníamos idea) vimos a la chica como diciéndole que este no era nuestro pedido a lo que nos grita QUIEREN UN DONUT GRATIS O NO! Terrible experiencia en un lugar turístico. Deberían tener personal con más disposición al servicio. No volveremos sin duda.

  Krispy Kreme on Broadway is a great spot to visit. You can watch the whole donut making process from start to finish, which makes the experience really fun and unique. The staff are friendly, service is quick, and the location is convenient. Overall, it’s a nice, enjoyable place with fresh donuts and a smooth experience.

  Ihr mögt ungesunde, gezuckerte und absolut süße in Fett frittierte Teigstücke, die danach bunt im Tresen liegen bis sie von Euch ausgesucht und gegessen werden? Dann ab zu Krispy Kreme, direkt am Broadway. Da kann man zusehen, wie die kleinen Teigstücke hergestellt und ausgebacken werden. Es gibt dann Unmengen an Donuts etc. Ob die fruchtig gefüllten mit Himbeeren oder Erdbeeren, die mit doppelt Schokolade oder Cheesecake, Banane oder eine Sonderedition, bei der man meint ein schöner roter Apfel liegt da. Hier ein großes Kompliment an den Mitarbeiter, der auf den etwas teureren Preis hingewiesen hat. Sehr zuvorkommend. Geschmacklich... süß und fettig sind Geschmacksträger. Ich fand die vier, die ich gekauft habe gut. Cheesecake war jetzt nicht so meins. Aber die "fruchtigen" oder Double Chocolate haben mich begeistert.
