  I placed an order through Too Good To Go with a scheduled pickup window of 7:00–8:00 PM. I arrived at 7:05 PM, well within the pickup time, only to find the business already closed. This was very frustrating, as I made the trip expecting my order to be available. If a business cannot honor the advertised pickup window, it should not offer that time slot. I hope they improve their communication and ensure they remain open for the entire pickup period in the future.

  They put up a sign saying they’ll be back within ten minutes, but I’ve been waiting for over twenty minutes and still haven't seen them. They do this all the time. My question is, doesn't the company pay them? Customers arrive, find no one there, and leave—yet there’s no sign of the staff.

  I had a very disappointing experience this morning. I went in to purchase donuts and attempted to use the promotion offering a second dozen for $5. The employee assisting me refused to honor the promotion and repeatedly told me to check my email instead of helping me understand how the offer worked. What was even more frustrating was her attitude. She repeatedly spoke to me in a rude and condescending manner, stating that customers are expected to read all promotional emails and know exactly how to redeem offers before coming to the store. Promotions should be explained courteously and professionally, especially when customers have questions. Instead, I felt dismissed and treated disrespectfully. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had, and it left a very negative impression. Customer service is just as important as the product, and unfortunately this experience made me not want to return.

  Visited the Fulton Center location for the orange creamsicle. The worker had stepped away, and the sign saying “Be back in 30 minutes” was difficult to see since it was placed near the cashier/straw area. I would suggest placing the sign on the donut stand so customers can easily notice it. The worker was very pleasant, and the donuts were fresh. Got to the ORANGE DREAMSICLE ORIGINAL GLAZED® DOZEN WITH A DOZEN PURCHASE (With promo code only) My family and I enjoyed them very much. However, weekends may benefit from having an additional staff member instead of only one person covering the location. Accept online orders for pickup only

  Pour le dessert, lors de notre passage dans le Financial District, nous nous sommes arrêtés chez Krispy Kreme, une chaîne très connue aux États-Unis que nous étions contents de découvrir. Nous avons choisi le donut le plus simple, et il était très bon. C’est vraiment peu cher, comptez environ 2 à 3 dollars par donut.
