  This place is a total hidden gem with incredibly fast service and the perfect price point, but it's the food, especially the spicy options. It literally is everything.

  Very quick service. The place is small allowing for about 10 occupants. The price was great and the Thai noodles were delicious!

  I’m really disappointed with my experience ordering from Koo Thai. We specifically selected the “no spice” option for our meal, but the food arrived extremely spicy and completely inedible for us. When we called the restaurant to resolve the issue, they redirected us to Uber Eats and told us the item couldn’t actually be made without spice—despite that being an option when ordering. That alone was frustrating and misleading. What made it worse was the lack of accountability and customer service. We were told someone would follow up within 24–48 hours, and then the call was abruptly ended without any real solution. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. Between incorrect order options and poor customer support from both Koo Thai and Uber Eats, we felt completely dismissed as customers. And we're still not sure if we'll get a refund.

  One of the best Thai places I've ever tried. Their food is as fresh as can be with amazing flavors. We ordered the pad Thai and spicy eggplant. The eggplant was absolutely delicious and just spicy enough. The dining area is small but quaint, total NY vibe and that's what I came for! Texas girl loved it!

  Food is delicious, service is intimidating Food was very tasty. However, the front desk staff was quite harsh and made the experience uncomfortable. We were told off multiple times (for not seeing a sign, for how we spoke), and it felt stressful to even order. We ended up not dining in. Would consider takeout, but not eating there.
