  Extremely disturbing experience at JP on 71st & Columbus on Tuesday, May 19th around 1:00 PM. This place IS NOT Juice press nor does it represent anything it used to be! Its been bought & converted to the lowest quality experience on the upper west side. I walked in with my daughter and was immediately hit with a terrible odor that smelled like sewage. This is a very small store, and I was the only customer inside. When I entered, one employee was already in the middle of an intense outburst — screaming, swearing, visibly enraged, red in the face, panting, and aggressively throwing around her belongings while berating another employee. It was shocking to witness in such a small space, especially with a child present. I understandably looked surprised, and the cashier responded by making a hissing/‘psst’ sound at me and glaring at me in a way that felt openly hostile and confrontational, as though I were the problem for reacting to the scene unfolding in front of me. I left immediately. Whatever internal issue was happening, this level of behavior in front of customers is completely unacceptable. No customer should walk into a business met with a sewage smell, screaming, profanity, and hostility from staff. Management should take this seriously. Given the date and time, ownership should have no problem identifying who was working. DO BETTER & change the name bc this is far from the value Juice Press was built on.

  Very friendly, pitaya bowl was very delicious, a bit pricey and i didn‘t like the lemon-orange-grapefruit juice but it just wasn‘t my taste

  Just visited for the first time. The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and knew everything about all of the juices. I love the variety of juices they have. He said they make all of their almond milks and cashew milks in house. He recommended their most popular juice, the Delhi Defender. Probably the best juice I've ever had to be honest. I'll definitely be returning here.
