Imagine like a super crispy chinese scallion pancake, thats basically the crust & entire underside to the pizza - its thin, its slightly doughy, and crispy. I got Johnny's way - pepperoni. They dont give you much of it, maybe 5-6 pepperonis, but the cheese is super different. At first, you get the tomato, then, the burrata overtakes that with a sweet subtle(?) Flavor. Theres an entire operation with the burrata or whatever cheese thats really cool to me. 8.6/8.7? 100% a solid slice, may be a bit overpowering but its good. Really good
