I had the incorrect meat on my sandwich, there was cheese when I didn't ask for it, the dressing and peppers that I asked for did not come on the sandwich, the wrong chips were added to my order, etc. Horrible experience. Complete waste of my time and now I have to order something else. Don't go here if you can avoid it. Especially if you are ordering delivery

One sub was not cut into halves and the other did not have extra peppers as ordered. Biggestt issues were 1. Seats a total of 4 people at a counter. No tables at all. 2. Counter for eating was very dirty. Despite some staff standing around doing nothing, no one cleaned or wiped the eating counter before we arrived came or while we were there. Still 4 stars for a mid-town Manhattan chain.
